A Typeform webhook sends each response to Audimate. Each answer appears under its question, so you pick “What is your company called?” rather than a code.

Get your URL in Audimate

1

Open the workflow's Triggers tab

Open the workflow that should get the tasks, then choose the Triggers tab.
2

Choose Add trigger, then the app

Search for Typeform and select it.
3

Pick the event

When Typeform offers more than one event, pick the one that should add a task, then choose Continue. Every other event it sends is skipped.
4

Copy the URL

Choose Copy. You see the URL once, so leave this window open until you’ve pasted it. The setup waits until the event arrives.

Add the webhook in Typeform

1

Open the form's Connect panel

Open your typeform from your workspace, go to Connect, then the Webhooks tab.
2

Choose Add a webhook

Paste the Audimate URL as the destination and choose Save webhook.
3

Add a secret (optional)

Edit the webhook, turn on Secret, and type a secret. Paste the same secret into Signing secret in Audimate and choose Save, so the trigger refuses requests Typeform didn’t sign.
4

Turn the webhook on

New webhooks start off. Switch it on in the Webhooks tab.
5

Send a test

Choose View deliveries, then Send test request. Audimate gets an example response.

Finish in Audimate

1

Choose Next

Back in Audimate, the setup says Your first event arrived. Choose Next.
2

Fill in each field

For each task field, pick the part of the event that fills it. Under each field you see what this event gives it.
3

Choose where new tasks go

Pick Inbox to start tasks yourself, or your pick-up list to have them start on their own.
4

Choose Turn on

The trigger’s switch turns on, and each new event now adds a task.
See Triggers for what each warning under a field means.

If nothing arrives

Check the webhook is on and the URL was pasted whole. Typeform turns off a webhook that keeps failing and emails you when it does.
The webhook’s secret and the trigger’s signing secret differ, or only one of them has one. Use the same secret in both, or remove it from both.
