Product analytics
The Privacy step of setup shows the Share product usage analytics switch, on. Leave it on or turn it off, then continue.
To change the setting later, choose Settings from the user menu, then Privacy under Your account. The setting covers your account on web and desktop, including service events.
Product analytics shares selected feature-use and performance statistics through PostHog. It excludes your screen, recordings, files, prompts, and messages.
Turn the switch off to stop future events. Events are not stored for later transmission. Necessary billing, security, and service records remain separate.
If a refresh fails, the switch keeps your last saved setting and shows an error. Select Try again to refresh.
A failed save displays a message without confirming the change.
Product update emails
The Privacy tab also has the Product updates switch for occasional email about new features. Account and security email is always sent. Turning the switch off withdraws your consent and clears the record of when you gave it.Website cookies
The website’s Cookie preferences control has two optional categories, analytics and advertising, separate from your account choice. Google Analytics loads only after you allow analytics, and the Meta pixel only after you allow advertising. Accepting or rejecting cookies saves your choice for later visits in that browser. Clearing site data, cookie expiry, or changed consent practices can prompt you again.
Browser signals do not change the account choice for other devices.
Your information
Local task history still supplies context for remote AI processing when a task needs it. Local storage does not mean all processing stays on your computer. Audimate and its AI providers do not use customer content to train AI models. Providers may retain information for limited permitted purposes. Zero data retention is not promised.
