Product analytics
Choose whether to share analytics on the final Privacy step of setup, then click Finish setup. The switch starts off. Declining also saves your choice.
To change your choice, open Account, then Profile, and find Privacy.
Share product usage analytics is off until you enable it. The choice covers your account on web and desktop, including optional service events.
It shares selected feature-use and performance statistics through PostHog. It excludes your screen, recordings, files, prompts, and messages.
Turn the switch off to withdraw consent. Events are not saved for transmission after a later opt-in. Necessary billing, security, and service records remain separate.
If a refresh fails, the switch keeps your last saved choice and shows an error. Select Try again to refresh.
A failed save displays a message without confirming the change.
Website cookies
The website’s Cookie preferences control manages website analytics separately from your account choice. Google Analytics loads only after website opt-in. Accepting or rejecting cookies saves your choice for later visits in that browser. Clearing site data, cookie expiry, or changed consent practices can prompt you again.
Browser signals do not change the account choice for other devices.
