Runs
The Runs view is available to admins and owners. It lists every workflow run across the organization, so you can see what has been automated, by whom, and how it ended. Narrow it with the status, member, and date range filters.
Interrupted means the device shut down before the run finished, through a crash, a force quit,
or a power loss. It does not mean the agent failed. If the workflow has since been deleted, the row
reads Deleted workflow, because the run’s record outlives the workflow.
Only runs of a saved workflow appear here, because a workflow is an organization resource.
Ad-hoc background tasks a member asks Arro to do stay private to that member and never show up, not
even for an owner. See Background tasks.
Workers are left out, so a workflow that split its work across several appears as one run rather
than many. Handing a task board’s work off is recorded the same way.
Runs is metadata only. What a run actually did, its step-by-step timeline, its screenshots, and its summary all stay
on the device that ran it and are never uploaded. To review a run in detail, open Audimate on the desktop that ran it.
