Usage
Open your profile menu at the bottom of the sidebar to see X% remaining and the reset date. This single meter shows your Free allowance or the current paid workspace’s shared allowance. Click the meter to open the workspace’s Usage page. The Usage view shows where the organization stands against its plan. The top meter, under This cycle, resets monthly, covers everything that runs through Arro: chat, voice, watch processing, and workflow runs. What it measures depends on the plan, and the difference matters.
On Free, a second workspace adds nothing, and your teammates keep working when you run out. Either
way the bar reads X% remaining and shrinks as you use it, turning amber near the limit and red once
the month’s usage is gone. When your recent pace would use it up before the reset, the bar also
says roughly which day that lands on. The estimate comes from the last week of use and appears
once there are a few days to go on.
Passing 75% of the month’s usage, and using it up, each send one notification to the bell. On
Free it goes to you; on a paid plan it goes to the workspace’s owner and admins.
If an admin has set you a monthly limit, a second meter, Your limit, appears beside it. Your
limit can run out before the pool does, and the workspace bar cannot tell you that. Reaching it
pauses AI features for you alone, and an admin can raise it. See

Work in progress
Chats, task steps, recording analysis, and images count toward usage as results arrive. They do not set aside allowance while they run. Music and speech transcription temporarily set aside enough allowance for the next track or stretch of audio. If another request cannot start while that allowance is reserved, wait for the work to finish and try again. Stopping a response does not undo usage already incurred. If final usage is temporarily unavailable, the meter updates when it becomes available. Background tasks wait and retry when capacity is temporarily unavailable. If capacity remains unavailable, the task stops with an explanation so you can try again later.Member usage
On a paid plan, admins and owners see a Member usage card showing how this cycle’s workspace usage splits across the team. Each row has the member, a bar and percentage for their share, their limit and how much of it they have used, and a Set limit button. A limit is a share of the workspace’s monthly usage, and the default is No limit. A limit caps what that person may spend. It sets none of the pool aside for them. A Former members row appears when people who have since left spent part of this cycle. Their share stays counted, so the rows always reconcile against the workspace meter. The card does not appear on Free, because there is no shared pool to divide up. Each member’s allowance is their own, and it covers what they ran in their other Free workspaces too.Activity chart
The Daily activity chart plots two bars per day, each on its own scale. Workflow runs (left) counts runs. Allowance used (right) is how much of a month’s allowance that day consumed, as a percentage, so bars stay comparable across billing periods. Hover a day for both figures. Use the 7D / 30D / 90D / 1Y toggle to change the window. The first three bucket by day, and 1Y buckets by month, retitling the chart Monthly activity. On Free the chart is titled Your daily activity and shows your own usage, including what you spent in other workspaces, matching the meter above it. It keeps matching after one of those workspaces upgrades: what your own allowance paid for stays on your chart.Related
