Ask Arro to make something, then find and manage the finished files in Creations. Use the desktop app on any plan. Music requires Plus or above. Image options depend on your plan and workspace policies.

What Arro can build

Describe the result you want, such as “Make a sales dashboard from this spreadsheet.” Create is the activity; Creations is where you find the files it produces. Give Arro the source data and describe the calculations or layout you need. For documents and apps, follow the background task and use Open when it finishes.

Images

Ask for a new picture or describe an edit to one you already made. Each request produces one picture. Point at a visible picture to edit it, or combine up to 3 source pictures into one result. Keep source pictures visible and unobstructed. You can also name a .png, .jpg, .jpeg, or .webp file in your allowed folders. Files outside them are refused. Add the folder under Arro → File access, then ask again. Your description and source pictures are sent to the image service.

Size and quality

Choose image settings under Arro → Models. Arro uses the highest setting allowed by your preference, plan, and workspace policies. Enterprise includes all image settings. The size is a requested maximum. The image model chooses the final dimensions, which may be smaller or larger. Pictures are kept at their original generated size. Better and Best use the model designed for precise editing, with Best requesting more detail. Generating or editing images counts toward monthly usage.

The viewer window

Pictures open in Audimate’s viewer. Use the filmstrip or arrow keys to browse the folder, scroll to zoom, and Info for details.

Music

Say whether you want vocals, and provide lyrics if you have them. Each request produces one track. Changing it creates a new track. Your description and lyrics are sent to the music service. You cannot set a track’s duration. Arro cannot listen to the result, so play it to assess it.

The player window

Tracks open and play in Audimate’s player. Use Space to pause, arrow keys to change tracks, and the progress bar to seek.

Generation limits

Images and music can take several minutes. Arro tells you if a request fails or is refused. Starts per minute apply per person across workspaces and devices. Pictures and music have separate limits. When a limit is full, further requests are refused. Wait for a slot or up to 1 minute, then ask again. See task caps for background generation limits.
Quitting, signing out, or switching workspace abandons music still being generated. Finished files remain on your computer.

These files live on your computer

Files save automatically under Arro’s home, initially Documents → Audimate. Change it under File access. Pictures and music made in conversation live under Arro. Background tasks get their own folders. Temporary task files do not appear here. Creations does not sync these files to teammates or other devices. Switching workspace keeps the same folder, but search, stars, and type filters cover the current workspace’s creations.

Browsing

Open Creations under On this device in the sidebar. Double-click folders to browse, use breadcrumbs to go back, and choose Grid, List, or Sort to change the view. Open folder opens your current folder in your file manager. In Grid, cards show picture previews or coloured graphics identifying the file type. Pictures that cannot be previewed use an image graphic.

Finding something

Search across the library by filename, your request, or folder name. Filter by Image, Music, Document, Web page, Data, or Starred. A file’s task label opens the task that made it.

Managing things

Use a file’s menu to Rename, Star, Save a copy, or Show in folder. Select multiple files to star or delete them together. Drag files into another app to share them.
Delete moves files to your computer’s trash. Restore them there, rather than in Audimate’s Trash.
