Review a subscription change before continuing to payment. Only the workspace owner can complete checkout.

Review your choices

The Customize page is where owners adjust the subscription before checkout. The tier is already chosen by the time you arrive. One seat is one person, the owner included, so the seat count is your member count. For more than 50, contact sales. You can set the slider below your current member count: Audimate does not stop you, but a note names how many people lose access, and confirming asks you to approve it against a list of exactly who. See Suspended members. Continue to payment redirects to Stripe Checkout, which handles proration, tax by billing address, and promo codes. The page never collects card data. When a change takes effect depends on whether any part of it is a reduction. Moving up a plan raises the workspace’s usage for the current month right away, without resetting what anyone has already used. A change containing a reduction waits whole, not only the part that shrinks: going from Plus with 10 seats to Pro with 3 seats reduces the seat count, so you stay on Plus with 10 seats and get Pro with 3 at renewal. Your current plan stays active until then, with no refund for the unused part, and a “Scheduled change pending” banner offers Cancel scheduled change at any time before it activates. This asymmetry exists because you have already paid for the current period in full. Rather than refunding a part-period, which on annual plans could be up to twelve months, you keep everything you paid for and the smaller plan applies at the next cycle. Once Stripe takes payment, your new plan’s limits apply immediately. The payment belongs to the workspace that started checkout. In the desktop app, your subscription confirmation appears when you return. Scroll through the benefits to reach Go to dashboard or Manage billing.
