What Arro remembers
Once Arro holds 60 details, it asks you which to forget before it saves another.
Your memory is yours alone. Teammates and admins never see it. It is kept separately in each
workspace, so Arro in another workspace starts from what it remembers there.
Arro uses what it remembers quietly. Ask for “the report from yesterday” or “the same as last time”
and it knows what you mean, without reciting its notes back to you.
How Arro learns
Ask Arro to remember something, such as “Remember that I prefer short answers.” Arro saves it, and Memory updated appears in its reply on Home. Arro also saves a lasting detail you mention on your own, such as your role. When something changes, such as a move to a new city, Arro updates the detail instead of keeping both. Arro also writes a short recap of each chat and updates what it knows about you: new details, details that changed, and details that are no longer true. A chat is recapped when you select Clear chat, switch workspaces, sign out, or quit the app. A chat you leave open is recapped after 30 minutes without activity, and again as it grows long. Arro is told to keep what you say about yourself, not what a web page, an email, or a document claims. What Arro learns in a chat is ready from the next chat onward.Review and forget
Open Arro settings → Memory, also listed under Arro in your profile menu. The page lists each detail and each chat recap. Select Forget beside one to forget it, or Forget everything to clear all of it in this workspace. Forget everything can’t be undone. You can also ask Arro in a chat, such as “Forget that I prefer short answers.” What you forget stays forgotten: a chat recapped afterward cannot bring it back. The chat that is already open keeps what it started with, so a change reaches Arro from its next chat. To start one now, select Clear chat on Home. Forgetting leaves your task history as it is. Tasks that finished this week stay part of what Arro knows until they are 7 days old.Turn memory off
Switch off Remember across chats on the Memory page. From its next chat, Arro stops reading and saving memory in every workspace, and chats are no longer recapped. Details Arro already saved stay until you delete them, and recaps still expire after 2 weeks.Usage
