Review before submitting
Stopping watch mode opens Review recording in the main desktop window and collapses the dock. The dock’s recording control shows In review once preparation finishes. Click it to return to your unfinished review. Use the video, timeline, and details panel together. In narrow windows, the three-dot menu holds additional video controls.1
Find the moment to edit
Scrub the timeline or play the video. The playhead marks the current time.

Select an annotation
Click an event on the timeline. Its details appear beside the video.

Edit its details
Correct the event’s text, timing, or action details. Click Apply changes to save your edits, or delete unwanted events.

Add missing context
Click Add annotation and choose a type. The new annotation starts at the playhead.
Open Layer visibility to toggle tracks. The menu stays open while you select several tracks.
Hidden tracks remain faded in the timeline and stop showing annotations over the video.
Visibility does not delete annotations or change submitted evidence.
Redactions remain visible and effective, including automatic privacy protection after deleting captured annotations.
Editing narration changes the text Arro interprets. It does not replace or mute the recorded speech.
Keyboard shortcuts preserve typing and menu controls.
Use Space to play or pause, arrow keys to step, and S to split.
Trim the procedure
Drag a clip edge to trim directly. For numeric edits, change its start and end, then click Apply trim. While dragging, the timeline shows the excluded portion. The gap closes when you release. Splitting at both ends of an unwanted section creates a separate clip you can select and delete.Reset your edits
Reset recording asks for confirmation. Automatic privacy protection stays in place.
Add highlights
Choose Highlight or Redact from Add annotation, then drag over the video to draw a box. Select a box to resize it or edit its time span. Review each redaction’s size and duration so the information stays covered for the whole relevant moment.Submit or discard
Click Submit when the review is ready. Add optional Instructions for Arro (up to 1,000 characters), then confirm. Audimate prepares the edited video on your device and sends the remaining annotations for interpretation. See Watch mode for privacy, background processing, restarting, retrying, and cancellation. Your review draft survives navigation and window closure, but a full quit discards it. If the submission cannot be sent, the prepared revision is kept on your device and the editor locks. Click Retry submission to send it again, or Discard to drop it and return to editing. Click Discard to open the confirmation. Confirming returns you to Home, while canceling keeps your edits.What Audimate creates
Audimate creates a guide with reference images and a draft playbook describing the reusable procedure. For repeatable work, Audimate creates an empty task board and intake form. Form fields collect each case’s inputs. Result fields stay outside the form. Recorded examples do not prefill tasks. Review the guide, form, and playbook before running the procedure.Edit the saved guide
Open the workflow’s Recording tab to refine instructions, headings, and notes. You can also ask Arro Workspace Agent to clarify the guide. On wide screens, the heading panel floats on the left without moving the recording. It stays hidden when there isn’t enough room. Select a heading to scroll to it while keeping the panel open. Click Close contents to collapse it to a Contents button. Click that button to reopen the panel. Changing a saved guide does not trim or redact the source video. Use the desktop review editor for those changes before submission. To follow the saved procedure yourself, choose Guide me from the workflow.
