Answer about what you see
Ask a question about whatever is in front of you. Arro reads the screen, answers, and highlights where the answer came from. You do not have to describe or paste anything. Instead, draw while talking.Point things out
When it is easier to show than to say, Arro draws directly on your screen, each with a short caption:- An outline around a region or a table.
- A circle on a chart point.
- A line or arrow to a spot.
- A shape traced over a diagram.
Walk you through it
Ask Arro to explain a diagram, a chart, or a flow and it gives you a narrated tour, like a tutor at a whiteboard. It highlights the first part and explains it out loud, then moves to the next. You can cut in with a question at any point. The tour ends with a brief offer of further help, without repeating the explanation.Coaching
When you want to do a task yourself with Arro alongside, it coaches you through it. Arro highlights one control and waits while you do that step, rather than racing ahead. Tell it you have finished in whichever way is easiest:- Click the “I’ve done this” button that appears.
- Double-tap your action key, Left Shift by default.
- Say “done” or “next”.
Coaching through a saved workflow
Coaching also works from a saved workflow, so the procedure is the one your team agreed on rather than whatever Arro works out from the screen. Start it from Start workflow → Guide me in the workflow header, or ask by name, like “walk me through my expense workflow”. Arro reads the saved procedure first, from the recording or the playbook. It then coaches you from what is actually on your screen, and tells you when what it expected is not there. The Coaching tab shows the workflow’s name and Step N of M. That counts steps of the recording, not things you have done, so it can hold still across several instructions. One recorded step is often a few separate moves for you.Do it for you
