What you see
Open Team library in the sidebar to browse shared workflows, task boards, pages, and folders you can access. It includes work shared across the workspace, with your teams, or directly with you. Use it for processes and reference material that other people need. Keep personal drafts in Private.Share with a team
Teams let you grant access to a group. Their team spaces show work shared with that team. Joining an organization does not automatically grant access to every team-scoped item.
