Teams
Teams group members so you can share libraries and apply resource permissions to a whole group at once, for example an Operations team that can edit workflows in the Operations folder. A member can belong to multiple teams, and teams have no size limit, so joining is never blocked. Teams start on Plus. Free workspaces see an upgrade prompt in place of the team list, the New team button, and the Team spaces section of the sidebar. Teams created during an earlier paid period are preserved and become reachable again on upgrade. Open Teams from the organization nav. The toolbar filters between All teams and My teams, searches by name or description, and sorts by newest, most members, or name. Any member can Join a team row or Leave team from its … menu. Creating, renaming, and deleting teams is reserved for admins and owners.Create a team
1
Click New team
The dialog opens with a generated color and the cursor in the name field.
2
Name the team
Two characters minimum, up to 60, and unique within the workspace.
3
Pick a color and invite members
The color shows as a dot on the team row and beside teammates’ avatars. Anyone not yet in the workspace must be
invited from Members first.
4
Click Create team
The drawer opens on the new team so you can manage it right away.
Manage a team
Click a team row to open its drawer.
Rename inline by clicking the name in the drawer header. Deleting a team removes its membership for
everyone in it, and workflows owned by team members are unaffected.
Teams have no internal roles. Sharing something with a team gives every member the same access, viewer or editor,
whatever org role each of them holds. That includes everything inside a shared folder, at any depth.
