Delete your account
In Account → Security, choose Delete account to review the workspaces you own. Cancel their live subscriptions before continuing. Transfer workspace ownership first if teammates need to keep using that workspace. Download information you need before closing your account. Closure ends sign-in access, including access to download features. For requests about retained information, see Privacy choices.1

Recovery
Contact support before 30 days have elapsed. Only a platform administrator can recover a closed account or workspace. Recovery preserves its content and settings. You sign in again, and schedules stay paused until you resume them. Until the account records are removed, about 90 days after closure, signing in or signing up with that email, resetting its password, or resending verification shows “This account is closed.” Your memberships in workspaces owned by others end at 30 days, when permanent cleanup begins.
