Plans and billing
The Plan & billing section is owner-only.
A Free workspace gets Upgrade plan. A paid one gets Upgrade to Pro, Manage plan,
Manage in Stripe portal, Cancel plan, and Restore plan. Audimate queries Stripe in real
time, and your card and billing details are edited in the Stripe portal so payment data never
touches Audimate’s servers.
If a payment fails, the Plan card shows a Past due badge and an Update payment method button. Your workspace
keeps its paid plan and full usage while Stripe retries, so nobody loses access mid-cycle.
The upgrade dialog
The dialog shows Free, Plus, and Pro side by side, each with its price, what it includes, and one button. Your current plan’s button reads Your current plan and is inert. Picking Plus or Pro takes you to Customize. On a paid workspace the Free card reads Manage plan, because moving down to Free means cancelling rather than buying. Enterprise has no self-serve checkout, so a line under the plans opens a conversation with sales. Anyone can open it, and only the owner can act on it. For everyone else the plan buttons read Ask your workspace owner. The owner can open it any time from Upgrade workspace in the workspace menu.Customize your plan
See Customize your plan for seats, billing cadence, and when changes apply.Cancel and restore a subscription
Cancel a monthly or annual plan before renewal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period and is reversible until then.1
Click Cancel plan
A dialog summarizes what the organization loses: messages drop to the Free amount, team spaces become unavailable,
and your caps drop to the Free plan’s.
2
Continue to Stripe
Click Continue to cancel to open Stripe’s hosted cancellation flow and confirm there. You stay on your paid plan
until the end of the current period.
3
Restore at any time
While cancellation is scheduled, the plan card shows an Ending badge, a Cancels date, and a Restore plan
button that reverses it.
Workflow and task board limits
Your plan caps how many workflows, task boards, and pages the organization can hold, split into two independent numbers per type that do not share headroom.- Shared: everything in Team Library. One pool for the whole org.
- Private per member: everything in Private. A separate cap applying to each member.
Sharing or unsharing a folder moves everything inside it the same way. Only a resource’s owner
can make it private, and no org role grants that. When unsharing sweeps in files other people own,
the message names the owner at their limit rather than blaming the person doing the unshare.
Audimate blocks the action and tells you which limit you hit. Delete files in the full pool to make
room, or upgrade.
