What you can ask for
Arro reads recordings but does not change them. To edit a recording’s
steps, or to rewrite a highlighted passage, use Create and edit with AI.
Arro cannot delete a workflow, task board, folder, playbook, or page, and cannot move or share
anything.
A task on a task board is not the same as a background task Arro runs
for you. When it is unclear which one you mean, Arro asks before it acts.
What “this” means
Say “this” or “here” and Arro works out what you mean from where you are.
From another app, Arro does not look at what the Audimate window has open behind it. Name what you
mean instead, such as “the leads task board”. When several things share a name, Arro asks which one.
How a change runs
Arro hands every change to a background task, which appears in the dynamic dock and works with the same abilities as Create and edit with AI. The task starts from what you meant when you asked, including what the Audimate window had open. When it finishes, Arro tells you what changed. While the task runs, a notification in the bottom right of the Audimate window shows what it is doing. When it finishes, the notification says what changed and offers Open for what it made. Nothing opens by itself, so you can keep working where you are. When you ask Arro to show you something, the Audimate window comes to the front with it open.Before Arro deletes
Arro says exactly what will be removed and waits for your yes before it starts a task that deletes tasks, removes a field, or replaces a whole page or playbook. Removing a field clears its value on every task. Adding tasks, adding to a page, and adding to a playbook go ahead without asking.Limits
To answer you, Arro reads the first 12,000 characters of a page or playbook. The task that makes a change reads whole playbooks and up to 60,000 characters of a page. It does not replace a longer page as a whole, because that would erase the part it never read, so it adds to the end instead.When it cannot finish
