Review the plugin
Select its card to review supported actions and included apps.

Install
Choose Install plugin. Complete the provider’s authorization or credentials dialog.
Existing connections are reused.
Connect an app
Choose Connect in the plugin’s settings and follow its authorization guide. Desktop authorization opens in your system browser. Return to Audimate when it finishes. Connections belong to your account in the current workspace. Shared workflows never share your credentials or grant teammates access. Gmail sends plain-text email and does not read your inbox. Google Calendar reads calendars and events. For Gmail, approve Send email on your behalf, including Google’s separate permissions screen after sign-in. Required permissions not granted means setup is incomplete. Choose Reconnect and select the requested permissions. Changing Arro’s action permissions does not grant access at the provider. Microsoft Teams and SharePoint require a work or school account. If administrator approval is required, ask your administrator to approve Audimate before reconnecting.Included software
Plugin details list included software, versions, sources, and licenses. Each desktop downloads and verifies its own packages. Saving an installation on the web does not prepare another device. Local software runs on the task’s computer and follows its approval settings.Manage permissions
Open Settings → Manage connection on an installed plugin to control each action.
Automatic approval uses the task safety check.
Manual approval asks through a task card, while unattended tasks never wait for one.
Connecting an app does not authorize every action. Sending an email or message still requires your request.
Disable or uninstall
Turn off Enabled to stop using a plugin. Choose Uninstall from its header’s options menu to remove it. Synced devices remove its catalog packages, but active tasks keep their selected instructions. Connected actions require an installed, enabled plugin using that account. Uninstalling keeps saved authorization. Use Manage connection to disconnect or Disconnect and revoke access to withdraw access. Disconnecting affects every plugin using that connection.Use plugins in workflows
Save your own reusable instructions in a workflow. Type @ in a playbook to select a catalog plugin, even before installing it. The workflow identifies prerequisites: install, enable, and connect the required plugins. Each runner uses their own settings and accounts.
