# HubSpot

> Add a task to an Audimate workflow for HubSpot contacts or deals, using the Send a webhook action in a HubSpot workflow.

A HubSpot workflow can send a record to Audimate when it enrolls, such as each new lead. The **Send a
webhook** action needs a HubSpot Data Hub Professional or Enterprise subscription.

## Get your URL in Audimate

**1. Open the workflow's Triggers tab**

Open the workflow that should get the tasks, then choose the **Triggers** tab.

**2. Choose Add trigger, then the app**

Search for **HubSpot** and select it.

**3. Pick the event**

When HubSpot offers more than one event, pick the one that should add a task, then choose
**Continue**. Every other event it sends is skipped.

**4. Copy the URL**

Choose **Copy**. You see the URL once, so leave this window open until you've pasted it. The setup
waits until the event arrives.

## Add the action in HubSpot

**1. Open your workflow**

In HubSpot, go to **Automation**, then **Workflows**, and open or create a workflow.

**2. Add Send a webhook**

Choose the **+** to add an action. In the **Data ops** section, select **Send a webhook**.

**3. Paste the URL**

Set **Method** to **POST** and paste the Audimate URL. Leave the authentication empty.

**4. Choose what to send**

Select **Include all properties**, or choose **Customize request body** to send only some.

**5. Save and turn on the workflow**

Choose **Save**, turn the workflow on, then enroll one record so Audimate gets a real event.

## Finish in Audimate

**1. Choose Next**

Back in Audimate, the setup says **Your first event arrived**. Choose **Next**.

**2. Fill in each field**

For each task field, pick the part of the event that fills it. Under each field you see what this
event gives it.

**3. Choose where new tasks go**

Pick **Inbox** to start tasks yourself, or your pick-up list to have them start on their own.

**4. Choose Turn on**

The trigger's switch turns on, and each new event now adds a task.

## If nothing arrives
