# Team library

> Find shared workflows, task boards, and pages, understand workspace and team access, and organize resources your teammates can work on together.

Find the work that teammates have shared with you.

## What you see

Open **Team library** in the sidebar to browse shared workflows, task boards, pages, and folders you can access.
It includes work shared across the workspace, with your teams, or directly with you.

Use it for processes and reference material that other people need. Keep personal drafts in [Private](/concepts/private-library).

## Share with a team

[Teams](/account/teams) let you grant access to a group. Their team spaces show work shared with that team.
Joining an organization does not automatically grant access to every team-scoped item.

Your permission on a resource determines whether you can edit or only view it.
