Every Audimate plan includes all three of the things Arro does. It can [work](/concepts/work) in the background, [guide](/concepts/guide) you on your own screen, and [create](/concepts/creations) what you ask for, pictures included. Every plan also includes the workspace agent and everything you need to **build** a workflow: a playbook, a recording, and a connected task board. Free also includes **3 workflow runs** to try. What paid plans add is **running** them without that limit and **scheduling** them. Beyond that, plans differ in three ways: how complicated a job Arro can think through, how much monthly usage your workspace gets, and how much it can hold. Plus handles workflows of moderate complexity. Prices are per seat, and **a seat is one person**. Adding a seat adds one member, and grows both your workspace's shared monthly usage and its shared library capacity. Enterprise is sales-led, with no self-serve checkout. ## Monthly usage Open your profile menu or **Usage** to check your remaining allowance. It refreshes every 2 minutes while the workspace is open, including during background work. Desktop task progress refreshes it more often, and finishing a task refreshes it immediately. Chats, task steps, recording analysis, and image requests can start while allowance remains. Their usage is counted as results arrive. Once it runs out, Arro stops starting further steps; requests already running can finish and still count toward usage. Music and speech transcription check that enough allowance remains for the next track or stretch of audio before starting it. Everything you run through Arro draws on the same monthly usage: * Chats with Arro in the dock, and the workspace agent in the browser. * [Arro](/concepts/arro) voice sessions, metered higher than text. * Making and editing [pictures](/concepts/creations#images). * Making [music](/concepts/creations#music), the largest single draw of anything Arro does. * Processing a [watch recording](/concepts/watch-mode) into steps and a playbook draft. * Workflow runs, including [scheduled ones](/concepts/scheduled-tasks). A long spoken conversation uses more of the month than a text-only chat, a picture uses more than a typical chat message, and a track of music uses more again. How much each draws also depends on [how hard Arro thinks](/concepts/arro#how-hard-arro-thinks), which each person sets for themselves. **Better** and **Best** use noticeably more than **Fast**, and the setting that applies is the one belonging to whoever started the work. | Plan | Included usage | | -------------- | ----------------------------------------- | | **Free** | A monthly allowance to build and try with | | **Plus** | Expanded usage, per seat | | **Pro** | 5x Plus, per seat | | **Enterprise** | Custom | Each step up is measured against the plan below it, so **Pro includes five times what Plus does**, seat for seat. ### Whose usage it is This is the difference that catches people out, and it reverses between Free and paid. | | On a paid plan | On Free | | ------------------ | ----------------------------------- | --------------------------------- | | Whose allowance | The workspace's, shared by everyone | Yours, not the workspace's | | A second workspace | Each has its own pool | Adds nothing, and follows you | | Running out pauses | Everyone, until reset or upgrade | Only you, in every Free workspace | | It resets | On your billing day | On the 1st of the month | On a paid plan everything anyone runs draws from the same balance, so a teammate running a heavy job leaves less for everyone else, and every seat you add grows the pool. Yearly plans still reset monthly, on the same day. If you subscribed on the 12th, everyone resets on the 12th. Someone who joins partway through a month starts drawing on the usage the workspace already has. On Free your allowance follows you into every Free workspace you use, whether you created it or were added to it, so making another does not add more and deleting one gives none back. If a paid workspace returns to Free, everyone who keeps their place falls back to their own free usage, and anyone past Free's capacity is [suspended](/account/organization#suspended-members) rather than removed. Admins can set an optional **monthly usage limit** on any member, as a share of the workspace's usage. By default nobody has one. A limit is a ceiling on what one person may spend, not a portion set aside for them, so it holds nothing back and a member with a limit can still find the pool spent by everyone else. On paid plans there is no separate workflow-run quota. A run draws on the same monthly usage as everything else. Free includes 3 workflow runs, counted once ever, not monthly. They belong to you and follow you into every free workspace. Each task an agent picks up from a task board counts as one run. Each included run has its own size limit. Reaching it stops further steps, while requests already running can finish and count toward usage. A stopped, failed, or cancelled run still counts as one of the 3, and its usage draws on your monthly allowance. Every member's **Usage** page shows where they stand and when it resets. They hold until you delete something or change plan. The shared cap covers **Team Library** for the whole organization and grows with each seat. Each member's private cap applies only to their **Private** workspace and is the same whatever the seat count. Moving a file between the two changes which pool it counts against. See [Workflow and task board limits](/account/organization#workflow-and-task-board-limits). Knowledge base membership has no separate limit. Included pages count toward their existing shared or private page pool. **Attachment storage** is the total size of every file attached to a task board across the workspace, and grows with each seat. A single file is at most 100 MB on every plan. Deleting a file in a task board's attachment manager frees its space. See [Attachments](/data/boards#attachments). **Task boards per workflow** counts in one direction only: how many task boards a single workflow runs on. There is no limit on how many workflows one task board can connect. You meet this cap from either end, attaching a task board on a workflow's **Data** tab or connecting that workflow under a task board's **Settings → Agents**, and the fix is the same both times. The task board's workflow picker shows each workflow's count so you can see which are full before you pick one. ### Knowledge base graph display The [Knowledge base graph](/concepts/knowledge#explore-the-graph) is included on every plan, including Free. **Visualize** shows accessible pages in the current **In knowledge base** filter. A page’s **Related pages** view can include accessible pages outside the knowledge base. | Limit | Every plan | | -------------------------- | ---------- | | Pages shown in one graph | 1,500 | | Links followed from a page | 3 steps | These are display limits, separate from workspace capacity. The most recently edited pages appear first when the graph reaches its limit. A seat is one person, the owner included, so a 3-seat plan holds 3 members. Free buys no seats at all and holds 3 people, so you can invite two teammates without paying. Teams have no size limit of their own. Anyone in your workspace can be in any team, and the number of teams you can create is the only cap. ## What happens when you hit a limit | Limit you hit | What happens | | ---------------------------------------------- | -------------------------------------------------------- | | Your workspace's monthly usage runs out | AI pauses for everyone until reset | | A limit an admin set for you | AI pauses for you alone | | A background task's picture limit | It stops at 20 and finishes with what it has | | A background task's music limit | It stops at 10 and finishes with what it has | | Creating a workflow, task board, or page | Blocked, naming the pool that is full | | Moving a file between Private and Team Library | Blocked when the destination pool is full | | Accepting an invitation | Blocked when every seat is taken | | Creating a team or a scheduled task | Blocked at the cap, or not included on Free | | Free's 3 included workflow runs are used | Running pauses; building stays open; upgrade to run more | | Adding tasks to a task board | Blocked at the tasks-per-task-board cap | | Attaching a file to a task board | Blocked when the workspace's storage is full | Everything you have built stays exactly where it is when usage runs out, and you can still open, edit, and organize your workflows and data. Upgrading, or adding a seat, gives the workspace more straight away. If an admin set your limit, ask them to raise it or wait for the monthly reset. Pictures and tracks you ask Arro for in conversation are not capped, and draw on monthly usage like anything else. Sending an invitation is never blocked, so you can invite people before you buy their seats. The person sees "This workspace has no seats available" until you add a seat or remove a member, and on Free the fix is upgrading. The invitation holds for **14 days** either way. When Free's included runs are used, starting a workflow shows "You've used the 3 workflow runs included with Free. Upgrade to keep running workflows." When one included run reaches its own size limit, it stops with "This included run reached its limit and stopped. Upgrade to run workflows without it." and the run's notification reads "This included run reached its limit." In both cases the fix is upgrading to Plus. The stopped run still counts as one of the 3. Importing a spreadsheet is checked up front and rejected whole if the sheet has more rows than your plan allows. A scheduled-task cap is a workspace total rather than a monthly quota, so completed schedules still count until you delete them. Buying fewer seats than you have members is the one case that is allowed rather than blocked. It [suspends](/account/organization#suspended-members) the members who no longer fit, keeping the owner and the longest-standing, and Audimate names them before you confirm. Nothing they made is deleted, and adding seats brings them back automatically. Reducing seats on a subscription you already have takes effect at your next renewal, while buying fewer seats on a *first* purchase takes effect right away. ## Related Manage your subscription, seats, payment method, and invoices.
